Good fun, minor issue

I booked an 'open jump session' for my kids and their friends last weekend. The online booking process was smooth enough, and we got the family pass deal, which felt like good value. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kids had a blast. My only small gripe was the mandatory grip socks; while I understand the safety aspect, it felt a bit like an extra charge tacked on, especially as we had our own from another park. Overall, a positive experience, but that little detail could be improved.

E-karting was great

Went for 'gravity max e-karting'. Booking was easy. Karts were fast. Had a good time. Would go again.

Casual fun for a rainy day

So, it was raining cats and dogs last Saturday, and we decided to hit up Gravity for some 'bowling'. It was pretty chill, not too crowded, which was nice. We grabbed some snacks from the bar service, which were okay, nothing fancy. The lanes were fine, no real hiccups. Just a decent way to spend a few hours indoors, you know? Felt pretty relaxed overall.

Awesome birthday party!

We had my son's birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic! The 'birthday party package' was incredible value and included everything. Our 'party host service' was brilliant, they kept all the kids engaged and made sure everyone had fun. The kids loved the 'open jump session' and the food was surprisingly good for a place like this. I'm already planning to book again next year for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Decent value with the student discount

As a student, I'm always looking for a good deal, so I tried Gravity's 'immersive gamebox' with their 'student discount'. The booking was straightforward, and the discount made it feel like a worthwhile treat. The game itself was a unique experience, definitely something different to do with friends. While it was fun, I probably wouldn't have paid full price for it, so the saving was a big factor in my decision. Glad I went for it.

Thinking of booking a birthday party package at Gravity for my son's 8th birthday. Has anyone used a promo code for those? Trying to save a bit.

P PoojaR 3 weeks ago
My friend got a Blue Light Card discount for her son's party, but I'm not sure if it applies to the full package or just the individual sessions. Might be worth asking them directly.

Good shout, I do have a Blue Light Card! Will check that out.

I used one last year for my daughter's party! Found a code from their newsletter signup, got 10% off. Worth checking their website for any current offers or signing up for emails.

Oh, awesome! I'll definitely sign up for the newsletter then. Thanks, Deepak!

Pretty sure it was the whole package price, including the food bit.

Did the discount apply to the food too or just the activities?

Just wondering if anyone's had issues with the weight limit for the trampolines at Gravity? My brother is a big guy and we're planning a trip.

M Meera 1 month ago
My friend had a similar concern, he just called them directly to confirm before booking. Might be best to do that if it's a worry.

R Rajat89 1 month ago
Good idea, Meera. Will give them a ring.

Yeah, they definitely have one. I think it's around 120kg or 265lbs. Saw a sign last time I was there. They're pretty strict about it for safety.

Oh, good to know. Thanks for the heads up, Priya!

That's quite high actually, most places are lower.

Just got back from Gravity Max and the E-karting was way better than I expected! Seriously fun.

P PriyaS 3 weeks ago
Oh really? I've been meaning to try the E-karting. Is it worth the extra cost over just a regular jump session?
12
R Rajat 3 weeks ago
Totally! It's a different vibe, feels more high-tech than just jumping around. If you like racing games, you'll love it.

A AnjaliK 3 weeks ago
Following this, also curious about the E-karting. Is there a minimum age for it?

S Sameer 3 weeks ago
I tried it too! So much fun. My only complaint was the queue, but it moved pretty fast. Did you try the digital darts too?
11
R Rajat 3 weeks ago
Nah, didn't get a chance. Was too focused on the karts, haha.

M Meera89 3 weeks ago
Glad to hear that! We usually just do the trampolines for the kids, but I've been eyeing the E-karts. Do you need to book those specific sessions in advance or can you just walk up?
9
R Rajat 3 weeks ago
Definitely book in advance, especially on weekends. It gets packed quickly.
1
V Vikram 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I tried to do a walk-in last month and they were fully booked for hours.

do you have to book sessions in advance or can you just show up?

C Carly Whitfield 1 month ago
You definitely should book ahead, especially on weekends or during school holidays. It gets super busy and you might not get a spot if you just walk in.

D Dan 1 month ago
Always book. I learned that the hard way. Turned up on a Saturday afternoon and it was fully booked for hours.

How does Gravity compare to Flip Out for trampolining? Better or worse bounce?

G Greg 1 month ago
Gravity's trampolines feel pretty similar to Flip Out imo. The main difference for me is usually the other activities available at each place.
3
M Mia 1 month ago
I actually prefer Gravity. The trampolines feel newer and less worn out than some Flip Out locations I've been to. Plus, the Max sites have so much more to do.

Thinking of taking my kids to Gravity Max, is there a minimum age for the e-karting part?

N Nick Ito 2 months ago
Yeah, pretty sure there's an age or height limit for the e-karts. My nephew was too small last time.

N Nick 2 months ago
They do have one, I think it's 8 years old for Max activities, but best to double check the specific location's info on their site.

Thinking of booking a birthday party package at Gravity for my son's 8th birthday. Has anyone used a promo code for these before? Or a discount?

N NishaP 4 days ago
I used the newsletter sign-up offer for my daughter's party last year. Got 10% off the total package. Check their website, usually a pop-up for new subscribers.

Sometimes during seasonal sales like Black Friday or Boxing Day, they have specific party package deals. But probably too late for that now.

True, but good to know for future reference!

I heard they do Blue Light Card discounts, but I'm not sure if it applies to party packages or just individual sessions. Worth checking.

P PoojaR 4 days ago
Yeah, I know they do NHS discounts for trampoline sessions, but parties are usually a different beast.

I used my student discount for a session once, but I doubt it would apply to a full party booking.

Anyone know if you can stack discount codes at Gravity? Got a student one but also saw a family pass deal.

A Amber 2 months ago
Nah, usually only one coupon per booking. They're pretty strict on that.

I tried to use my Blue Light card with a holiday camp deal once and it didn't work. Most places only let you use one.
